Staff was very short. They where not busy (only one other customer and myself) but I waited almost 7 minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter. The employees were talking and laughing amongst themselves while I waited to be waited on. When my sandwich was bagged and ready the lady behind the counter slid it to me and it hit the floor. I should've just gone to Tim Hortons next door.

Always such a disappointment, today wasn't the worst but they still dropped my change on the ground and instead of the cold foam my girl wanted they sprayed the nasty whip topping on it. No wonder Tim Hortons stays busy.

I ordered an iced coffee I got a iced latte instead. It still tasted great but cost more money and more calories. I had time I would have stopped and asked to get my coffee made correctly

It's not Tim Hortons but when ya need a coffee Dunkin is my next go too. Good coffee, but not always made how I like it.
