This was my first visit to a CVS Minute Clinic. My parents both had good experiences and recommended it to me. Rushdan Islam, NP was my practitioner, and he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He was kind, patient, considerate, passionate about providing the best care possible, and I can tell he truly cares about his patients. He let me ask as many questions as I wanted and never made me feel rushed. He explored every possible option to determine what illness I had, and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that everything was okay before I left. Even though he had a long list of patients to see after me, he made me feel like I was the only patient on the list, and I truly appreciate that. I do feel that he is overworked and your office should provide more staff so that everything does not fall on one person - as great as he is, he can only handle and do so much. Thank you, Rushdan Islam, I appreciate you!

I took my 6 yr old to the minute clinic because he had a horrible cough. I didn't want to take him to the pediatrics with all the other sick kids and viruses floating around. The nurse practitioner checked his blood pressure, looked in his ears... etc. She said it was just his allergies and to continue the medicines I had already been giving him for over a week with no signs of it helping him. It cost 139.00 for her to tell me this. 2 days later he still has a persistent deep cough and is gasping for air. I decided then to go to the pediatrics where I found out he had a sinus infection and an ear infection. Neither of which cvs addressed. He now has the medicine he needs and we will no longer be using this minute clinic.
