Reading the shared poor experiences and agreeing 100%, can't even get a hold of anyone in member services anymore. PFCU use to have way better customer service and member accessibility.

A lil wait, but they moved fast and the teller was nice.

I was there during the beginning of last weeks storm. Lighting struck about 150-250ft across from the bank on Phil-a-leana St. (spell check on Street Name). Soon after, the bank was affected by a power outage and has been closed ever since. I called the bank on Friday. The teller said they are still closed from the lost of power along with the PFCU on Chestnut St.; however, that one is closed only due to city unrest. All the others he informed me, remain open. I assume they may still be closed today. Maybe best to call real quick just to double check.

Hardly ever, this branch is the pitts as far as the ATM IS concerned. What's the use of having an ATM if the only time that it's open is when the branch is open. I thought it was for convenience. It's 715am on a weekday and it's out of order as usual.!!!
