You have to be cop, firefighter, or family to join I think. The services are better in some ways than my old bank, not as convenient in other ways but overall I like being a member. Handling of large amounts of money is slower, doing a trust account was easier, notary services were free and good.

Every PFFCU branch should have multiple notaries. There is a $10 notary fee charged to notarize any non-PFFCU documents.
