It closes at 5pm even though it says 7pm. They are liars and I did not appreciate having to drive all the way down here for no good reason

I just wanted to start off by saying that overall I have had a great experience at this branch but there was an absurd incident that happened today that really should be remedied. I went today to pay a loan and credit card. I had 2 rolls of quarters 2 rolls of dimes 2 rolls of pennies and 1 roll of nickels. I knew these items would not send in the tube. When the teller received my items I picked up the phone and asked if they was any way to get her the coins. She said I needed to use the coin machine but of course much like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s it was broken so basically there was no way for this financial institution to accept my legal American currency. I then had to leave American heritage and drive down the street to citizens bank where I also have an account. Citizens exchanged my rolled coins and gave me paper money- no problem- as it should be. I then returned to American heritage to pay the rest of the credit card bill. This branch is about ten minutes from my house. The whole process should take 30-40 minutes but I returned to my house an hour and 40 minutes later today. When I called to complain to a regional manager they told me that I first needed to speak to a branch manager so I am here on the Internet writing this review instead. If your coin machine is broken you must now accept coins in another way. I don’t really care if this is an inconvenience to the employees at the branch that is their job. I was highly inconvenienced by having to visit 2 banks for a basic service that any financial institution should provide. Technology is great when it works- but when It doesn’t as often it does there absolutely needs to be a backup. One should also be able to speak to a regional manager with our first having to go though the branch in which you had an issue with.

Hi Dina, You can indeed withdraw money from this branch without a mac or debit card.
Unfortunately no, you cannot deposit money into an American Heritage account from a PNC Bank ATM. However, there are a number of ATMs that you can visit within our Shared Branching Network that may be able to grant such a request.
Yes, if qualified for a checking account when you are in a branch location, we can instant issue you a debit card connected to your Checking Account. If you open the account Online or over the phone, the card is usually mailed to you within 5 to 7 business days.
