They are so rude they hang up on you the loan dept is a disgrace the supervisor is worse then the representatives I have 4 loans out with this bank I will be shutting them all down today and moving them elsewhere 7 years with them I’m done they are a pure disgrace of a bank

The worse customer service and unfriendly staff. When you walk in, you feel like they are judging you, looking down on you. I went to make a new account and the staff had such bad Attitude. I decided to go to another bank. Million dollar account walk right outside the door. Sad thing is that they still didn’t know it. They too busy putting on their lipsticks.
