Very unprofessional, extremely rude! My husband got hurt at work. the insurance and doctor tell him to contact his agency and she won’t answer even after he leaves voicemails. When she finally answered. She hung up on him TWICE! my husband is a very calm nice person so there was no reason for her to act that way towards him. Definitely reporting.

Very, very, very rude and beyond unprofessional, she is extremely rude, treats people as useless, very discriminatory, she doesn’t like to be questioned, she doesn’t like to be put in her spot, she forces you to take a job or company that you thing is not the right fit for you, we asked today what other places you can send us, and here we go, as described above, she ripped the application/forms in front of us and through it in the garbage, she said “this is where belongs and you are in my property “ she also threatened me by saying “I’m going to look you up” Etc. Etc. Etc. Very rude....... I do not recommend this place at all, I finally file a police report so it documented, I hope more people should stand for them selves so this won’t happen again. Please let other people know so they don’t get referred to this place...........etc.

I tried working for her once and she knew i was carless and that i had to ride the bus to get to her or any job.. one day she called me early morning for a job and i had to take the bus from aloha to her office just to get the address of the job she had for me and from their go to the job in forest grove and when i got to her office she told me i took too long and that she had to call someone else and i got their for nothing but for her insults and demanding rude attitude.. i was 18 at that time, i never went back to her agency ever again. My mom has worked with her plenty of years and has tollerated her mistreatment, my mother doesnt speak english and Dulce treats her poorly and unfairly for my mom is such a hard worker and always follows her commands.. she recently took a job away from my mom just because she wanted to when my mom had been at that job for a while and the supervisors from the job like and want my mom to keep working their but Dulce left it clear for my mom that she will never send her their again. Someone really needs to stand up to her! I tell my mom we should sue her for taking her job away unfairly but my mom doesnt like to cause problems she thinks that thats just how Dulces personality is and that shes manager so shes in all right to do as she pleases. This is wrong, someone please do somethin! Her name means sweet or candy in spanish and that manager is the total opposite! i dont know where she learned her customer service skills! Sorry to anyone that has dealt or has to deal with her.

Dulce is a helpless person that doesn't know her job and is very rude, she should be fired if she worked as hard as she does to sit on her ass she might get something done she's a terrible manager and horrible with customer service
