Most of the employees are super nice when I go in. Especially Ryan. But Lex doesn't know how to do her job. I came back 5 days after purchasing an item (unopened/still sealed, I was mislead about the use of it and was hoping for a refund) she says that the computer doesn't want to accept it. I have to ask for better reasoning. She claims it was a promotional item (it isn't, and they still have many in stock). Nintendo also has a year warranty on the product. Lex is horrible with customer service. From now on when I go if she's there I won't purchase anything. She doesn't deserve any sales or good reviews. I hope they can find someone better to run register, because she's horrible at it
