After being with Sprint for over 10 years, and now with T-mobile taking over, I didn't know how this was going to go. After waiting to upgrade for awhile, I went to two Pasadena locations and was very dissatisfied with the customer service, store appearance and unable to close sales, therefore having other customers wait. Well this store was a complete difference! Let's start off by saying that the appearance of the store was orderly and clean, maybe due to being in a mall, anyway. We were greeted and the person that made the difference, and the main reason why I'm writing this review is because of Evelyn. She was patient, knowledgeable and knows how to work efficiently! Evelyn you're amazing!
