The workers are very helpful. I combined all my recyclables into 1 big bag and they went ahead and sorted them out into different bins for me. The whole process was so easy and smooth, I basically just stood there and let them do their job, then proceed to get my money. The place was not dirty nor smelly, hopefully people will leave better reviews in the future.

We took our recyclables today and boy, we came back very annoyed and displeased. The workers there were rude and lazy! They yell at customers and order people around. You’d think the workers there are doing you a huge favor. And I don’t think I’m the only one who was treated ill-mannered! Does the facility owner ever read the reviews? Next time I’d rather donate the recyclables than ruining my day by trying to make a few bucks while caring for the environment!

My mom visited the Replanet Recycling at Vons in Arcadia on Duarte and Baldwin on Monday, Sept 17, 2018 around 12:30pm. And it was a terrible experience for her. Replanet employee humiliated her in front of others when she did not do anything wrong. My mom and the other customer agreed to have my mom step ahead of him because he was not ready. However, Replanet employee exercised his position of “authority” and started to berate my mom, yelled at her, told her to go home because he will not buy recycles from her. He said “go home, I’m not buying from you!” She still tried to be patient and kept telling him that she wants to recycle, but he still said “NO! GO HOME!” Replanet employee exercised his position of “authority” to take whatever emotional issues he has going on and taking it out on a random Asian lady. Pathetic. Forget not treating customers this way, you don’t treat anybody the way this man treated my mother. Please retrain your employees because this is unacceptable. This event is a reportable incidence to police because it is a harassment.

The recycling unit at the Stater Bros Market shopping center at 985 N. Kendall in San Bernardino has had one of the friendliest customer-oriented operators. His name is Victor. Although he is a young man, he is knowledgeable in the ways of patience with his customers. I have visited that recycle center 3 times in the last 6 weeks and have not seen him there. Perhaps it was a day off coincidence or better yet, perhaps this young man has received a promotion. Hopefully he is still with your company in a supervisory position. My wife also misses his friendly demeanor towards us as senior citizens. Today is July 22, 2015.
