I use to like this credit union for years I have banked here with Good Standing SINCE 2005, I'm the reason they even have our business!!! Until they got involved with situation that they should not have, like making a decision about who should be on the HELOC loan, for "Convenience", not because of any other reason, which caused issues in the future. Second, getting involved In Durable Power of attorney situations. They actually froze money I am should be entitled to, equity in the house where I am on Title , and on the" Note" of the FIRST Mortgage and had permission by DPOA and email. If the other person changes their mind , after the fact , IT SHOULD NOT BE THEIR (TFCU) PROBLEM. It should be a Civil matter! Third, I believe Fraud was committed on behalf of this Lender they claim they have Documents, Title Company doesn't, with my signature. Fourth, I contacted TFCU to discuss my situation in which the Other Party had been accused of molestation of our child and was trying to put me in a Financial hardship, financial Abuse and TFCU representative including Ms. Sori, told me , " They will not talk to me because, " "I'm not on the Note" they are liars! Rude, Dispectful, I had them provide me with the "Note" the Title company provided me with the "Note" and Dovenmuhle provided me with a" Note' My Signature is on there, so if everyone had a signed Note (by me) why would they tell me , "I am not on Note? " I requested other documents they claimed to have, that I Signed, (no other party has) and was not provided with them, in Contrary they provided me with a Signed Note (by me). Lol . THEY will listen to a Psychopath, accused child abuser, Fraudster, (because he talks nice or is the primary borrower ) before you. No Loyalty, Dont mind their own business SHAMEFUL business practices.

Tropical FCU is the BEST!!! I came on a Saturday to do a wire transfer, and was helped by Kimberly, who was very warm, polite, and above all, efficient. She told me what info I need to give in order to process the transaction, and everything went very smoothly. Thanks TFCU gor being there for your customers, even on Saturday’s.
