The worst service ever. I went in store to order items for work and they stopped me at door and said I couldn’t come in because store wasn’t open yet. She serviced me at the door. Said the items had to be ordered. Gave me a slip for my order saying they would call when ready. That was on September 9. I called on October 1 asking about my items and they told me it was ordered on the 28th of September. Like how???? And then they called me in the 13th of October to say my things were ready for pickup. I go Saturday the 15th to pick up and the store is closed. Phone going to voicemail. Horrible service!!!! Today is now the 19th the lady calls to tell me she is sorry the building department shut them down and they are hoping for next week. I need these clothes to start work!!!! This is the most horrible service and the worst store I have ever known of. Customer service can’t get any worst. They might as well completely shut down.

I drove all the way to their new location in Scarsdale & the store is not only closed on a day they’re supposedly open but it looks like a building inspector shut them down temporarily. I wish I knew ahead of time & saved myself the long drive…bummer. There’s no heads-up for customers on their website. I have been to the previous location in White Plains & they had a really nice variety of nursing uniforms in a variety of sizes, including more updated styles so I was looking forward to returning.

Interesting experience… I came to buy a lab coat for school and as I’m walking in a girl rushes to the door and blocks me from walking in “because they’re not open to the public yet” I had to tell her what I needed, try on lab coats, and pay from the breezeway. So weird. I hope the lab coat works out, it’s store credit only for returns.
