They made my order wrong by forgetting to put ANY sugar in my drinks (3 drinks). When I try to talk to them to make it right, they pretend to “not speaking too much English” and “don’t understand my concern.” They tried to blame it on me for asking for “30% sugar” when they did not put ANY sugar AT ALL in my drinks. The WORST experience I’ve ever have at a bubble tea place.

Ordered a Kung Fu Milk Tea with Bubble and Chrystal Bubble. Tasted great! Service was quick. There's a lot of other things to try on the menu so I look forward to coming back to try more.

I go to Kung Fu Tea just about everyday and it never disappoints! They always have great service and they are usually really quick with making their drinks. Not to mention, their drinks and boba are absolutely SUPERIOR! They are my absolute favorite place to go and get boba in Rochester.

Loved the honey milk tea with bursting coffee boba. Staff were very polite. Service was a bit slow. Packaging was neat. We got it to go.
