With 3 workers staffing this location, they had no customers out front. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich assuming it would be quick. They FORGOT to make my order, all the while I could hear the workers talking and giggling in the back. After 15 minutes the cook saw me out front and came out and asked what I ordered. He made 2 to make up for the issue.

The burger and fries tasted better than some other fast food places. For airport food, it wasn't bad. The man who took our order was friendly and professional.

It was 6:30 and the employees are already closed. When I asked the time that they usually close they looked me very angry. Here at Google says close 7pm

Customer service was great and the burger was DELICIOUS!! A little pricey for a burger n fries but the quality of it was worth it 😊
This store is only accessible if you have a ticket to get into security for any of the Terminal 1 gates. It's on the "A" concourse, but you can reach it from the "B" and "C" concourses as well.
