Took for ever to get our food. Like 30 minutes. The lobby was only taking orders it was closed to sit in. We had to wait all that time to get our food then had no we’re to sit.

Bunch of flies zipping around. Decently clean. However, Wilson made the experience great! Super friendly, very professional, he treated everyone on libe the same - as if they were long lost friends....

When I parked the car there were two employees smoking near the door...big turn off. The inside going towards the bathroom had dirty walls. The bathroom was clean. I got my order and left, started my car and another employee was vaping inside the doorway . He was an older gentleman. I'm sure corporate McDonald's would not like what's happening there.

I truly appreciate the staff at this location in Cuba New Mexico. Although they are short-staffed at times (especially during these times) and extremely busy at this location I can say they are extremely proficient, on task and courteous. In the many years I have had to travel back and forth and stop at this location, which is usually every time, I have to say I have only had to wait for my meal once and everything has been prepared well and without complaints. Thank you kindly to all the staff at the McDonald's in Cuba New Mexico you guys ROCK!!!
