Extra caramel coffee came in a softdrink cup with a soft drink lid and didn't have caramel or whipped cream and tasted like water. Cost $5. Hash brown had a bite taken out of it. Why... Cookies were cold and dry.

When you turn off and clean the fryer a solid 30 minutes before closing, that's just not cool, man. Your fries are iconic across the globe. You didn't even have an excuse, you simply did it to close early. Also, this may seem silly, but, when someone asks for extra pickles please don't put five pickles on top of each other.

EVERY time I go through the drive through here there's ALWAYS something missing from my order and I end up having to go back in to get it. Check your order before leaving the window. NEVER gives fresh fries when I ask for them, just get the Luke warm fries that been sitting under the light.

I'm not sure, but I think you could just go in when you move here. Ask to speak to the manager. Also, make sure to go in at a less busy time like 2-4 pm
Good thing i like my hambrgers med rare frist time for med rare at mcs it was a 5 star must of been busy rare too get a med rare. Ok not good to get raw 🍖 meat
