I have been going to this eye specialist for many years. I’m guessing many more visits than most people. I have never had a problem there other than a bit longer wait before Covid. Recently I went there and the front desk staff was rude, not only to me but to others as well. I heard it with my own ears. Dealing with not only the public, but “patients” who are probably going through something difficult and scary in theirs lives. And don’t even get me started on the fact that many of the people they are in contact with are elderly! And I get the mask requirement and I would never disrespect their request but it’s hard to follow a requirement when you see a staff member disrespect and not follow the requirement. The girl setting up return appointments never had a mask on the whole more than an hour I was there. I don’t know if anyone reads or cares about these reviews since I see a review that mentioned the non mask wearing appointment person some time ago but I will rethink my choices.
