1st time client visit scheduled today at 3:51. Arrived a few minutes early and wasn't even acknowledged upon entering. Two staff members were helping a lady at the front desk for 15 mins that they couldn't even find in the system because her appointment wasn't until the 4th. I decided to sit down and wait for them to be done with her. When they were done with her, they called in two patients and still didn't acknowledge me. After waiting 20 minutes, one of the employees came out for a brief second and since I still wasn't acknowledged I decided to ask her if there was 1st time client paperwork that I needed to fill out, she told me they are short staffed and everything is done on their tablet and that was it. 4 people who walked in after me were standing in line for over 10 mins and myself in the waiting room for 35 mins and no one came out to greet them or acknowledge anyone. I told all of them they should probably sit down because no one had been out to assist anyone while I was there. I waited 45 mins and then get a call from USA vein clinics asking if I'm going to show up to my appointment still and i had to explain to the gentleman that I had been there for 45 mins and still haven't checked in and no one has been out to the waiting area to help anyone. I drove 45 mins excited for Schlerotherapy on my spider veins only to wait 45 mins and not be acknowledged so walked out very disappointment. One of the other clients waiting even said "oh they must be short staffed again today". If that is the case, they should call their appointments and give them the opportunity to reschedule instead of them wasting their time there. They shouldn't schedule so many clients if they don't have the staff to accommodate.

The doctor and technician I saw at USA vein Clinics did what they could for me, however, the advertising about their services and what gets covered by insurance is totally misleading. The visit was a total waste of my time and patience.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They put my mothers life at risk by hiding the fact that she had Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) a deadly disease that take over your body and blocks your veins in your lungs. Doctors never said a word until she went into emergency where it was treated on time. She was off work for 2 weeks with her leg swollen and bruised and they said it was ok and gave her simple pills that wasn't helpful. Please be careful and if you notice something strange go to emergency because they won't tell you or release any information to you.
