I have been a customer of Life Storage for a very long time since before the name changed from "Uncle Bob's." The manager of the month was what I came to expect with LS. Things are different at Life Storage University Ave in Rochester, NY. My experience with the Dawn the University Ave manager has been beyond all the stars that can be given. Her clear instructions, thoughtful recommendations on spaces, responsiveness to phone calls, and flexibility in accommodating "special needs" customers does not go unnoticed! In short EXCELLENT customer service! Dawn has been the best manager I have worked with since 1997.

I had a great experience getting a storage space setup. First time I have rented storage space and they made it very easy. Dawn was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find a solution that met my specific needs. The facility is clean and well lit with plenty of space to get around and clearly marked entrances. Very pleased with the service and looking forward to having the extra storage.

I stopped in to buy one carton. It had to be within "airline " designated dimensions (62" hxwxg).. the clerk w went way out of her way to help me. She even talked about side handles for lifting the box. Thank you..snd cheap! The box survived the 9 hour flight and I didn't get charged an "oversize " fee.
