I called to get more information on breast implants. The lady that answered was highly rude. Stated that she couldn’t hear me asked to put me on hold then returned back to the call to state were you referring to “Saline implants” which clearly if you’re working for a plastic surgeon office….yes when I stated saline water you should’ve had a ballpark of what I was asking and not pretending to not hear me. The woman put me on hold twice and stated the second time sorry I had to answer the other line. Very ditsy, rude, and very unprofessional. You’re the brand of your dr and because of that simple bad taste I’m going elsewhere for my implants.

Horrible experience front staff was very nice. Met with Dr Horn and explained exactly what I wanted a reduction with a lift an an implant to add fullness to the top of the breast. After surgery the left breast stitches ripped. When I reached out to them they were not concerned and placed more steri strips in place and gave me ointment to put on scar. Two weeks latter I was at Northwestern hospital hooked up to 2 IVs to stop the infection. After all this an now the infection my breast were not only bigger than agreed, even after the reduction, but were also lopsided. I reached out to Dr and the crew but received little to know response. Went to the doctors at NW
