Yes. A sign on the door says Lobby closes early, but I am here for lunch, and dine in is an option.
If memory serves me correctly, they have the barrier shield at the counter. Everyone is wearing masks. As far as the counter to get your salsa, ketchup, etc, you would have to ask them for those items. Dont recall a sign on pop machine to get different cup for refills.
