When I arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk. There was no bell to alert someone of my arrival and there was no note indicating when someone would be at the front desk. When the attendant arrived at the front desk, I had already been waiting at least 10 minutes. She did not apologize for the delay, instead she proceeded to say that she had to take care of something for another guest and she was only gone 5 minutes. I said ma'am I have been here longer than 5 minutes, and there was another guest waiting. I even looked up the phone number and called the front desk to try to reach someone. The attendant stated that she wasn't going to argue with me, asked my name, then handed me a key. I came to the front desk 2 more times after checking in and no one was at the front desk. This was the worst customer service experience I have had a hotel.

The staff was super nice, the beds were so comfy and soft. Everything was very clean and ready. The pool and exercise room was very nice. I was overly impressed with this hotel and will definitely go there again.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The pool looked very inviting. But our room had an oversized jacuzzi tub. The jets weren't awesome but it felt great after a long day driving. And the location was awesome! Right next to an outlet mall. Unfortunately the stores closed just as we arrived. There were a lot of restaurants and stores in the vicinity as well. I will try to arrive sooner next time!

I stayed at this hotel for almost 5 months, during a work deployment. The staff was great, it was kept clean, & it felt like home while I was staying there. They treated all of us so well & made us feel welcome everyday. I'm very happy that this hotel was my place of stay, especially compared to other places in the area. I was very pleased with my stay here.
