Very poor people skills, acting like they have no patience or communication with people in need. It's sad to see a Walmart greeter have more patience than a human service worker.

I tried getting some assistance recently and their customer service was very rude. They were asking me all these personal questions and when I explained my situation. I felt judged. They weren't there to help. They were there to make fun of people in bad times and bad situations.

Downright awful. The secretary was nice but the workers were horrible. I needed help with paying my rent and they denied me because one of the workers put down the wrong information on the sheet before I talked to another worker who denied me.
