Kurt and staff were helpful and polite. I came in after 4:30 and everyone went above and beyond to see I was able to file a permit before 5:00. Kurt took the time to answer all my questions and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I would like to thank Jason in the in the permit and development center for always being helpful and pleasant to deal with. This is not always the case in dealing with a lot of government agencies. Top notch guy.

Yes you do. Any new deck would have to meet current code, so draw up a quick layout of what you want to do, come down to talk to the building inspectors and we will help you out.
