Horrible! Guy who served us was very rude. Didn’t give fortune cookie and rolled his eyes when I asked for sweet and sour sauce.

Did not disappoint. We have never had a bad experience at this location. They were busy but the drive up guy assured us someone would be with us soon. Food was fresh and delicious 😋

The Beijing beef was excellent my only issue with Panda Express is that even though it shows they close at a certain time they stopped making food a couple hours before at the location and singing hills and they're fried rice machine supposedly is always broke down especially close to closing if you're not going to serve food or make any food 2 hours before closing just close 2 hours early

Got none of the sauces I asked for. Didn't even get the teriyaki sauce that's supposed to come with the teriyaki chicken. Been a loyal customer for 30 years but no more. You are better off with a local Chinese restaurant. This is not the first time

If the food is bad, it means it was sitting a little while. Panda Express's fresh food is NEVER bad. The problem is, Panda Express in Sioux City Does not have a high enough customer rate to: A. Sell all the food they make B. Throw out old food (costs money, lots of it) C. Have more than 5 people on staff at a time Most of the time it is only 4 workers: 2 cooks and 2 servers. A lot of times they don't have time to go wipe down tables, take out the trash, and take orders. Simple fact: if you go during lunch hour, you will have a wait, and you will probably not find a clean table. The best time to eat panda express is 11:30am(no rush, fresh food) 12-1:30pm (Lunch rush, but fresh food) and 5:30-7(Slight rush, fresh food) Unless you do not mind waiting for the freshest food possible, do not go right at open. typically they fall behind in the mornings. If the food you want at panda express does not look fresh to you, Don't be afraid to ask for them to cook a new one. Hope I helped! <3
