Please avoid staying here at all costs! I made a reservation back in January for Binghamton University’s graduation and a week before, I was notified that the hotel had been closed since October of 2021 for numerous Health Code violations. I then reached out to the customer relations department who has claimed to be working on having my funds returned since mid-May. I attempted to reach out to the hotel, only to be verbally accosted by the desk person and to have my request to speak to a manager refused and ignored. If you value good business, timely responses to concerns, and overall a smooth experience, Best Western as a whole is not for you. It should not take over a month to issue concessions for a customer and we cannot accept such inept performance! They have stole hundreds of hard earned money from me and will do the same to you!

Our issues with sheets and towels were resolved with a rate reduction. However, neither were clean enough for us. I took a “clean” towel to the manager because it was dingy with stains on it. The room was clean. They had trouble keeping the free breakfast items full and hot.

I was here for a Birthday Party Celebration in it's grounds. From the outside, I loved what I saw, a property very well kept. The hotel itself well painted, clean and looked great. The adjoining grounds area is ideal for parties with abundant tree cover and the gazebo structure very functional and ideal for hosting some great decorations for the parties. The food provided by the hotel staff was cooked live and was delicious. Deep and caring involvement of hotel owners themselves in the management of the event lent a great family feel to it!!

This hotel is lovely! This particular Best Western is very clean and located perfectly in the middle of town. The staff and management are wonderful and so kind. I was in a bit of a bind and they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and to help as much as possible. The hotel itself is absolutely cute and comfortable. I loved their Christmas decorations! I will definitely be staying here when I am next in Johnson City.
