Went through the drive through, ordered 3 roast beefs, a 3 piece combo chicken meal, a peaches and cream pie and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Nothing too complicated. After a 10 minute wait, we were asked to pull ahead, they were waiting on chicken strips, it would be about 3 minutes. Pulled ahead and waited another 15 minutes. No one ever came out. So went in, and there was a feeble apology for the wait. Get the order and they messed it up with a ham and cheese, instead of a roast beef. Total ticket time before we got the food 29 minutes. Had 8 people working at the time. Definitely need training in efficiency and customer service. Won't be going back. ........ Got the cut and paste response from the owner directing me to the corporate website a month and a half after the incident. I did take the time to fill out their corporate complaint form. Not looking for any type of refund, just hope that the owner and manager takes more time to train, staff properly or improve service. Not very hopeful when it takes over month and a half to respond to a complaint. I wish them the best, but definitely not planning on going back anytime soon.
