Independence Day, 2022. Stopped here in the middle of a long drive. When I walked in, I had been having a rough day. After my burger and fries, perfectly made to my liking out of fresh ingredients, I felt much better and ready to continue my journey. To the manager and employees: thank you for staying open on the holiday. The food you prepared and served to me really made a difference in my day. The care you took in providing me that service in a professional and courteous manner stood out to me. You may think you're just doing a job, but you are filling a need and making people's lives better. Thanks again, and keep up the great work.

Went here because chipotle next door was closed. Order 2 burgers and 2 fries for my wife and I. We only got one fry, my burger was missing all the condiments, and to top it off, one of the peanut boxes was empty. I love Five Guys, but not this location.

Always stop here when I get a chance. Staff are nice, and the food is great. More expensive than your normal fast-food establishment, but you get what you pay for, not doubt about it. 5/5

To start with, the place is dirty. The floor was littered with paper and didn’t appear to have been swept in quite some time, let alone mopped. I momentarily sat down at a table but quickly got up because it was crusty. During the 10 minutes that it took to get my burger and fries, several parties left and no one came out to clean the tables. My order was taken promptly and courteously. The steep prices gave me the impression that I was going to get a gourmet hamburger. That is definitely not the case. The price was comparable to that of the Thurmanator at Batavia Downs but isn’t remotely in the same ballpark (not even the parking lot) as far as taste. It’s a fairly sizeable burger but that doesn’t begin to make up for the difference between the cost and the quality. It’s no exaggeration for me to say that the quality of the beef at BJ’s wholesale far surpasses whatever they’re using at this restaurant. The fries were some of the best I’ve had and they give you a ton. But this is not something to make a special trip for and certainly far too costly to bring a family.
