I hadn't had white castle in years as there aren't any locations near me. We stopped here while traveling to Metropolis. It was so good! There was a long line so we almost passed it up, but decided to wait and we pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line moved and we got our food. It was perfectly priced and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were actually much better than the ones we got from the locations that had to be near me. White Castle has stepped up their game at this location. We will definitely stop here when we come through again.

Excellent Customer Service, in a Drive-Thru, no less. The professionalism and courtesy received exceeded my expectations. And the food for three of us was hot and fresh. The requests were correctly filled. I say WOW. Thank you!!! 5 STARS...

The food was great...when I went to get the ketchup, that they forgot, I stood at the counter, for several minutes without an acknowledgment from the 3 employees that were occupied talking amongst themselves. The manager walked out of his office and didn't bother looking at the counter to see if there were any customers. I had to interrupt the employee banter for my ketchup.

I am from Louisiana. I am on a road trip and just watched the movie “Harold and Kumar go to white castle”. So, I had to taste these burgers. To my surprise I would have a similar time. I arrived at breakfast…. Lol. Everything was great!
