I have been coming to this salon weekly for about six weeks and spending anywhere from $100 to $150 dollars. I have now had bac-to-back poor nail jobs. Today, they were fixing what they messed up last week. They messed up again and then conveyed it was because I didn’t get a full manicure to correct the poor manicure from last week. So, I was supposed to pay again for the manicure they messed up last week. Instead, they did a color change and because of that, they said they could not get the polish closer to my exposed nail bed. This is the deal; for the over $100 to$150/week I was spending, you really should try and get my nails right. So, that money, just left your salon and you get to enjoy this review. Seriously, it looks like my nail grew out. But, this was 10 min. ago from this post.

This place is simply worth everything!!! I made my appointment, I waited maybe 20 minutes!!!! Ladies, ladies, ladies! They have every single nail shade you can think of. My tech name was Eric. He was great. He wasn’t as free with the creativity(only because what I originally chose didn’t suit my nails) but Eric has been the best in CTX. My natural nails curve and the acrylic powder they apply strengthens and blends so well! These are my own nails w/overlay!!!

Super excited about this place going in...pedicure was great and so was the atmosphere. It was my first time trying this place. So I also got a gel manicure same day, I was happy with it until I got home to realize the polish was rough and bubbly (weirdest thing I've seen with gel) I do gel manicures all the time by the way and have never seen this happen before. So I called the next day to see what they could do to fix them for me...I was told to come in when I was available so here we are on Friday went back in to get this fixed they literally buffed out the bubbles and put a clear coat over 😳 did this fix it? NO did it make it look and feel a little better? YES are they still bubbly? YES but not as bad. VERY disappointed with the services. I feel like they should've offered a refund or REDO the manicure for the money you spend not to mention the time and gas used to go back and forth twice in a week. I am typically not one to complain but this experience was worth a review.

Couldn't wait to make the review, today was my first official visit to a nail salon and it was worth every single dollar I paid. I didn't had an appointment and I waited for less than 3 min. while I was looking for the color I wanted. There were around 25 people working really hard not stopping. I felt like smiling all the time lol it was crazy to see all this people working so hard and all the customers happy like they already know their role. Really impressive how the place works. 👏 Christina did my nails it was a super simple overlay (just acrylic in my own nail) she's amazing very delicate but fast. Her work was great I love my nails, very simple but willing to try something different next time. You have to go to the place ❤
