Beautiful facility. Did lifeguard training here. Only complaint was the large deep pool, the water and air temp were sooooo cold!

Yes there are water exercise classes in both the competition pool and the recreation pool. There is no hot tub. The recreation pool is the warmer of the two pools.
No wrestling class sorry.
No whirlpool, but two very nice swimming pools. One large competition pool, and one smaller family pool. The family pool water temperature is warmer than the competition pool.
