This is by far the best experience I've had buying a new car. Not only did they have an enormous amount of cars to choose from but the staff was very nice and helpful. Preston was amazing to work with. The huge plus for me was that I had been talking to him for a good month before I went to Bismarck to buy a car and he was not pushy whatsoever, he was very informative, and quick to get back to me whenever I had any questions for him. When I finally had time to go get a new car and trade in my old one, Preston was right there to answer any questions I had about quite a few different cars and I felt like I had a lot of them seeing as how I didn't quite have a certain car in mind. I didn't even know what I really wanted at first but after Preston sent me a few different choices over the phone for last few weeks before I went to the dealership, I had a better idea of what I was going to get. And even after my purchase he's still answering questions that I have. So it says to me that he actually cares about the customers and not just looking for a sale. Kyle was also amazing at getting me the best interest rate that I could get and also at giving me clear step by step instructions on what to do with my old car's extended warranty that I bought and how to get a refund. Both of those guys were just amazing (and as an added bonus, they were easy on the eyes lol) and I would recommend this place to anyone.

As a new widow, I was very unsure of myself in the decision of trading my car in for a newer, different make car than my husband had. We purchased a new car in 2016 and although I loved it, I knew that I should probably update. My son took me into Bismarck Motor to see Greg Brown, his salesman from his own purchase a year earlier. What a great ride too, it handles so well in this new snow we got for Christmas! Greg patiently showed me the details of the car, all the electronics and gadgets so I could understand all that it had to offer...I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or salesman in this new venture of mine.
