We use specific blocks made of the same material that the posts are made out of, to tap the posts back into place which is usually caused by extreme cold conditions causing the ground to freeze at depths in which it usually may not. The blocks are designed to absorb the impact, while tapping them back down. The blocks fit tightly around the post, which keeps the tops from cracking or breaking apart.
