Office staff was unprofessional, rude and under trained. (As mentioned in many other reviews) They were loud and obnoxious. Didn't even know what a spec sheet was. Nor that an 3 foot tall fence even existed. Then they became extremely beligerant when I asked to see a manager. We walked out with them still yelling and screaming. They were more worried about their hair and nails then customer service. I only decided to stop in when they couldn't understand the need for a 3 foot fence via email. They told me that what Livonia zoning needed was not true and they knew what Livonia needed. They seem to push blame everywhere but where it needs to go. Ended up sealing the deal with Paramount Fence later that day. Paramount had the knowledge and experience to know exactly what Livonia was looking for. Thank you Paramount for saving the day.

Our next door neighbor had a small job done by this contractor and they messed up our fence and left it. The also didn’t even cap the top pole that they cut. So it’s open for hornets and what not to next in there. Edited to change rating from 1 up to 4. The company contacted me and had our fence corrected. They also indicated that the original installer was let go for sub-standard work. So this seems to be a company who will stand behind their work.

Too busy for small job. Regular folks don't matter. They sent a side job dude who wanted top dollar when i would get no company guarantee.
