I ordered a wrap and coffee. They gave the delivery person the coffee and forgot to give them the wrap. I called [from work] and they couldn't give me a refund, and asked me to come back to get a new wrap [I explained I work in the ER and can't just come whenever with my responsibilities, and won't be back to this town for another week. I explained this in full detail] they told me to come back when I can and ask that "amber" is who I talked to get a wrap. It's embarrassing to do this, and frustrating they couldn't give a refund. I probably won't be visiting or ordering from this Starbucks again, as they do this. Thanks but no thanks.

I was on a long trip and went in for a hot cup of coffee and a snack around 5:30 but to my surprise they we out of Pikes Roast. They offered a pour over which I accepted - next time I'll wait for the regular brew. Pour overs take for ever and instantly cool down while dripping into your cup. The regular hot brews seem to come out much hotter.

Nice atmosphere! The staff we’re nice too but not a lot of selection of desserts when we came in (it was almost closing time so maybe that’s why)

Inside the store was very clean, staff were great. Chairs were all clean and comfortable. The parking lot was a different story. This is clearly somewhere people driving long trips down highway 81 stop often and because there isn’t a garbage can on the outside of the building it seems everyone just dumps it all in the lot. Old food that had be driven over, and even a bag that was tied up was placed in the garden area. Very inconsiderate guests considering there is a garbage just as you walk inside.
