1. First, as a parent; I would like to make a formal and honest complaint against one of the disgruntled racist employees of YMCA. Her name is Peyton Lucas and Mary(front desk girl), she(Peyton Lucas) is recently appointed as a Aquatics director, who is only 19 year old--has no leadership or intrapersonal skills. Throughout, the whole summer, I watched her racially targetting little kids and their parents, by making them feel bad about themselves. 2. Second, my observation of her(Peyton Lucas) being rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant, and racist towards the family members of the YMCA. I lived my whole life growing up at Cortland, but in my past 10 years of going to this local YMCA--I have never seen or experienced an unwelcoming toxic atmosphere by such an immature kid(Peyton Lucas). She even doesn't understand a letter "D" of "Director" position. Who on earth made her a Director? 3. Third, Mary the front desk girl(wears glasses) is an ignorant racist person and she(ignorant redneck) targets people of color and minorities. She is a Trump supporter. She is rude, she lies all the time, she gives an uncomfortable stare, she runs a fake smile, and she is a little devil. Please avoid her at all costs and if possible record her. If she make you feel uncomfortable or make racially offensive comments, then take her to the court and call cops on her. Dont give an inch to an ignorant racist person like her. Mary needs to be fired from working at the YMCA and be addressed before court. 4. Respectfully, I and other YMCA members requests that Peyton Lucas be fired immediately from working for the YMCA, she is toxic and brings an ignorant culture targetting little kids, who are minority.

My kid goes for swim lessons. All the instructors are great. Bethany is a super fun coach. This place is clean. All the staff are nice. Me and my kid also come for free swim during summer. We feel safe here. It has a waiting lounge where patents can sit or wait. Cortland Y have so many activities going out there round the year. Good place for kids as well as adults
