Ordering our new liner with Eddy was fast & easy! Would give 5 stars for that. However, Joe the contractor they referred is not dependable. He installed our liner and 2 days later it started to come out. Sent him pictures and he said he would be right there. That was October 1st 2020. Never showed. Have called and text him several times again this year. He finally replied saying he would be down no later than Saturday. This was memorial week 2021. Still no Joe & it’s now middle of July. We ended up googling how to do it ourselves BUT we paid for a service and he did not follow through! I initially really liked him, seemed so nice and willing to help but once $ was handed over he disappeared!
