OMG!! My phone wouldn’t charge! It was down to 7%. I’m was leaving out of town! All my travel is on that phone. I walked in 5 minutes before closing and the front desk person looked in my charger port, took out a pair of tweezers and removed some tape 😱 TAPE! And a piece of gunk. And no charge! If, You need help - call these people!

A galaxy A21 screen replacement is $109 plus tax. This is a special order item so it can take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Once we have the part, the repair takes about 1 hour to complete.
