Person here was rude, got angry at me, and acted really childish while I was doing a return. I purchase online and they were trying to refund me $54 less than what I paid for. I told them no, don’t process the return and he told me “I HAVE TOO, I’m taking the accessories”. I refused to sign and told him no. And walked out with my items I was trying to return. The customer service here might be the worst I’ve ever had. I remained calm the entire time and he was attacking me and berating me, acting like a child and got angry. It was really embarrassing for him. Just return your items through Verizon/ups online lol. Because these people can’t apparently without scamming you and refunding you much less than what you paid for. Embarrassing In response to Verizon: no I’m not filling that out. I wasted a hour here at the store to return accessories and he couldn’t even process it without trying to refund me HALF the amount it’s worth. ($60 case and he’s refunding $34 a case) I made him stop when I realized, and he was getting frustrated at me? And angry at ME because he was forcing me to follow through on the return. Absolutely not. He then told me ok I could do it on this other case until he realized his system wouldn’t allow me to process that case either without ripping me off what I paid for it online. I then had to call customer service because that was my only last hope and that took an additional hour, where I had to explain I never actually returned these items and the website isn’t allowing me to return them because now it’s says “no items eligible for return” even though they all are and I never signed for the return. What a mess all caused by this associate who was training someone!!

No, but they only allow so many people in the store, so you may have to wait outside. You also must wear a mask.
They are very busy and especially during the holiday season.
