Service is horrible and the actual workers there lie about the services they provide. I paid for a pair of glasses and got them insured, being told if I insure them I will be able to get new ones for the repair fee, I was told that I could do it multiple times. I come back after a year trying to do the insurance on my lens and get told there’s nothing they can do because it’s a one time use. Never was this information given to me. Don’t bring your service here, they are manipulative and liars.

I had gone here a year ago to get my pair of glasses and let me tell you, not worth it! One of my screws from my glasses came off and I went there to get them fixed. One of the screws are bigger than the original srew. Your telling me I paid 200$ when the screws comes off you can't even put on the right one? Then I went in today to get my glasses fixed since they were too loose and the lady at the counter said that the lady that fixes the glasses isn't there, but while she was at the counter she had kinda asked another lady that works there and kinda gave her that look to see if she wanted to fix my glasses or not. Plus there were like 6 people working that day and your telling me none of them know how to work the machine to resize the glasses?

Eye exams are not available at Vision Works but are available next door. In order to get a prescription for contacts, you will need a contact fitting in addition to your routine eye exam.
Just a place to purchase glasses but there is an eye doctor next door.
