I needed a new printer for our home. I use this for personal and school business as well as my children use for college. The store manager, Mark Bisson, was very knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the best printer to fit our needs. He was also friendly and didn’t seem like I was bothering him in any way.

I've never seen Office Depot offer to buy used printers. You might try Craigslist or eBay.
They have fax.
All prices are online at officedepot.com and you can upload flyer there, pay and request in store pickup, normally same day pickup
No Notary in store.
Usually turning it on should work but if not i would bring it to our store and let our tech dept. see what should be the next step
