The salesman was great but that is as far as it went... The Customer service has been terrible and we have been without air far more than we have had it in the hottest summer with no compassion. They put the lowest quality air conditioner units on their homes and do not want to do any warranty work on them. I contacted them for the 2nd time being without air 3 days ago ( no record of it) to contact them back today and be told we are now over our year timeline for warranty work. Let me add, we have not lived in our home a year. Please do not waste your money buying a home from this company, you will regret it and so will your bank account!

These people has the best selection of homes of anywhere that I've ever seen. I've been as far south as Waco. Found a home I wanted and bought it. And Byron is a nicest guy you'll ever do business with courage of you want a home go to Sherman and they'll find you something. Thanks a bunch Byron.

Horrible customer service. Models are super hot durning the day be careful. Never returned calls or emails. If it was this bad trying to get answers I can’t imagine how bad it would be getting it built and delivered! Dodged a bullet here I’m sure.
