Outdoor roach problem I can’t speak for all buildings but 517 they have an outdoor roach problem I’ve never seen that and they can come through the cracks if they want too they will crawl on the building and by the doors in the grass it’s so nasty and disappointing I will be leaving this place early save yourself the stress honestly and you can find something similar for less in this area drive around there is a lot of options

I'd look elsewhere if you don't want to pay 985 dollars for a single bedroom with very few amenities. They were promised in 2020, and still no pool, or gym. Rent increased by over 400 dollars in a year's time (575 to 985). I used to love living here, and I hope things level out, but it is just so disappointing. You pay more, and the experience is lacking more than when it was owned by a person, not a corporation.

Rent went from $620-$800 in a year. There are better places to live than bp for less money and more space. Hawthorne residential partners have ruined this place. When I first moved here it was a safe quiet neighborhood decently priced. They painted my door black and that gave them the right to up my rent almost $200. Shame on you ppl.

Moved here a few months ago. The property manager was very nice & professional. I have been very pleased so far. If you are looking a nice place to stay, I recommend Brighton Park.
