Worst customer service I have ever had. Delivery driver Mike left a beyond rude and ignorant voice mail. Called customer service to which she assured me a supervisor would call me that day. 6 days later and calling 4 times to get my service cancled the operation manager for Wills Point calls and is less than helpful. Go with any other gas company beside Ferrell!!!!

Most often in my experience it's easier to buy new than to move to a certified repair depot, repair, recertify, and return. I'd call Ferrell and a couple of others, but prepare to bite the bullet.
