Very cool little place to stay. Price was fair. Check in at the restaurant up the street and eat there while you’re at it. It was very good.

I asked for a refund after my grandfather booked this room--- had some issues with the key/lock and whatnot. As soon as I voiced unhappiness they were quick to investigate and asked if we would accept and upgraded room instead of a refund. We did. Other than some noisy neighbors, it's a great little place to stay if you want to be in the park and not camping. Again, I can't compliment the staff enough on how they addressed our issues, and, so quickly without having to get "huffy" about it.

It was clean like many reviews said, and in a nice central location for walking around Medicine Park. We found it very difficult to sleep though, because the walls were very very thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing until 3 in the morning, and we could hear every car and motorcycle that went down the road. I’m not usually very sensitive to background noise. This was different though, almost like staying in a tent, if there was someone right outside your tent that was partying until the wee hours of the morning. The clock radio in the room also made random noises every hour or so, like a faint gurgling from the speakers, until we unplugged it. Not sure if there anything they can do to help with the sound insulation since it’s an older building, but if not, it certainly is a shame. Unfortunately, since you’re basically selling a place to sleep, where you can’t actually sleep, I can’t recommend this establishment.

Stay here for a going away party for a bunch of friends. Pretty and busy little area, a decent amount of local attractions and small shops. Plenty of places to stop have a bite and a drink. The rooms were as to be expected at the 2 star level. The service was friendly and easy. I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking to stay in the area for a night or two.
