Staff is rude and ignorant, cannot read, spell or use proper grammar. You would think they would have someone working in the office that knows how to speak and write professionally but that's simply not the case. The main lady is always rude, she's worked there for years acts like she's inconvenienced to do anything even though it's her job. I'd work for any other employment agency but never this one. Not until they hire different staff and train them properly. A 3rd grader could do a better job.
