Friendly staff at the scale office. Getting to unload building was a slow process due to concrete construction and being closed a few days last week from fish fry. All wich is understanding for a longer wait time. 15 dollar flat fee minimum does seem a bit steep for a pickup bed with a few trash bags, but I now know the process and will return soon with my trailer loaded with all the stuff I want gone for roughly the same price. Mind the red and green lights as they will let you know when to enter scale. There are guys on schedule and if you just sit around with a green light you are costing them money.

I'm giving 3 stars since I made it before they closed at 11:15 am. On a Saturday. Come on man. What about people who work all week and need to take stuff to the dump. It better be loaded and tarped ahead of time if you are going to make it. It was 1pm, then went to 12pm now it 11:15. Guess next it's going to be closed on Saturdays. Then, the last 3 times I've personally went to take trash off, I've come back with nail or screw in my tire. So asked if I wanted him to take stuff after 2nd nail. And he came back with nail in his tire. Need to run a hand held magnet across every few hours to stop this. I'm paying $15 ea time to patch tire and $15 to dump. So I've been out $45 for tire repair plus son another $15. That's ridiculous. Atleast put time back till noon on Saturday. We closer earlier than anyone I know of.
