Customer service is beyond rude, treats people like literal garbage. Fix the attitudes on customer service and you would have a decent product but since I’ve moved here. I have received nothing but awful customer care and rude comments.

The customer services people that answer the phone there needs to take a class on customer services they are the rudiest people ever. I was informed about a bill from 2 yrs ago that we paid in full before we could have the water on at our present home. But we never received this imaginary bill. I hope they realize their attitudes and rudeness will come back on them. LaVergne water company and their staff is horrible!!!

I just have one simple question..... what other business other than utilities that are connected to state government can operate as a monopoly? You don't have any other option. They bend you over and you take it. Why does congress ban everyone else from monopolizing anything yet utilities are literally that? Why can't I tell one criminal organization lavergne water that I want to go with another? Because they are part of the state and they can screw you however they want. If nes and middle TN had to compete for business our bills wouldn't be so outrageous.
