I came on a busy Saturday morning but was able to bypass walk-ins with an appointment. The young lady is phenomenal and had great customer service. The older lady is the opposite and is my reason for a 4 star. I said good morning twice and she still ignored me. She talked to her coworkers more than me while doing my nails. But, she did great work but seemed to be impatient and offered no suggestions when I would ask for her advice. She would stop what she was doing and just ask me to clarify in a frustrated tone. Ie, length, design, color suggestions.....I asked twice what she thought about some colors and she didn't respond.
