Christopher Moore with AFS showed up on time for our scheduled free estimate. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me into anything. Based on my interaction today I plan to get work done with AFS asap! If you want a company that does this type of work correctly then I would recommend AFS it’s clear they’re setting the industry standard for this field. AFS performed a crawlspace encapsulation last year. I enrolled in their annual inspection program. Rhys Lucena was on time and explained everything that the inspection included. When he was done, he explained that everything was in working order and nothing needed to be done. He is very polite and an asset to the company.

The team was very professional and courteous. They let me know what was to be expected at every step of the project. Steve was prompt and and answered all of my questions on the initial assessment. Spencer, Oscar and Phillip let me know when they would arrive each day and gave me a debrief before they left. They listened to my concerns and accommodated my requests. The team delivered everything promised; unfortunately my stairstep crack didn't close but they were very clear up front that this was not always possible.

I had my annual inspection of my crawlspace by AFS. Rhys Lucena did a wonderful job. He called ahead to let me know he was coming and arrived right on time. He asked if I had any questions or concerns before he got started. When he finished he went over everything he did and showed me pictures of the crawlspace.
